    Unopened Products for Exchange: We accept exchanges for products that have not been opened or used. If you wish to exchange an item for a model, please ensure the product packaging remains unopened and contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange for an exchange.

    Store Credit: If you prefer, we also offer store credit for returned items. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website or in store.

    Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

    Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, as per the customer's preference, upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

    Exceptions: Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or manufacturer restrictions. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website.
